Isabelle Truong
ESIEE Paris graduate, speaker at the 2021 roundtable discussion and winner of the Trophées des femmes de l'industrie in the "Promising start" category.
"Being a woman in engineering, where there’s a shortage of female engineers, is an asset and a strength, because it brings gender diversity into the teams and we solve problems from a different angle. I was very proud to receive the Trophées des femmes de l’industrie award in the “Promising Start” category in 2021, which is a great accolade. My advice to women who want to become engineers: don’t put up any barriers, you have the ability. DARE!"
