Project BloodOwl : a semi-autonomous drone for transporting goods
The main objective is to transport organic goods, reduce traffic and provide aid in the event of natural disasters.
BloodOwl is the brainchild of Xavier Beaunol, Henoc Nsunda Kimpady and Emmy Cavalié, 4th year students at ESIEE Paris and part of the Pépite startup Île-de-France programme.

CarShare Startup : a car rental platform
It offers individuals the opportunity to share their vehicles, creating a dynamic community focused on reducing carbon footprints and optimising resources.
CarShare was created by Mehdi El Ouni, a 4th year student at ESIEE Paris

CorText Manager : a web application offering data analysis methods
This application is aimed at scientists in the humanities and social sciences, and can be used to generate a range of analyses covering automatic language processing, social network analysis, statistics and geography.
Presented by Lionel Villard, teacher-researcher at ESIEE Paris and Diego Fernando Gomez Pena, teacher-researcher at Université Gustave Eiffel

Visit from Yann LeCun, ESIEE Paris alumni, Professor at New York University, and Vice-President and Chief AI Scientist at Meta
He is behind the current revolution in artificial intelligence. He invented deep learning and was awarded the Turing Prize in 2019

WayUp Startup : mobile phone application to wake up feeling great
Currently available for download, its aim is to make waking up easier by adapting to your biological rhythm.
https://wayuphealth.fr/fr/home/
WayUp was co-founded by Nicolas Ristic, alumni of ESIEE Paris 2023, Mehdi Loukit and Billel Loukit

Project OpenGate : a telecommunications system
It offers students on campus high-performance, reliable and inexpensieve internet connection and cloud hosting services. OpenGate was founded in 2021 by members of the ESIEESPACE school association and ESIEE Paris students.
The project is currently led by Thomas Blusson and Corentin Poupry, ESIEE Paris students

 Biosensors for health projects
These projects explore innovative microsensor technology to monitor and analyse physiological data, helping emergency services and improving the detection and monitoring of diseases such as cancer. The research is done in the clean rooms at ESIEE Paris.
Presented by Gaëlle Lissorgues, Deputy Director General at ESIEE Paris and teacher-researcher at the ESYCOM laboratory

Debated : a mobile phone app
This mobile phone app offers general knowledge games for evenings out with friends.
Project led by Vincent Fouillac-Gary and Miguel Grilo, ESIEE Paris graduates

"Critical Climate Machine" research project
This project explores the misinformation on climate change spread on social networks using a graphic and sound representation of the data. An AI is trained to identify and categorise the information to process the data collected. This project won the British Computer Society (BCS) Futures Award, presented at the Lumen Prize for Art and Technology in October 2023.
Gaëtan Robillard, currently Associate Professor at the Université Gustave Eiffel and Year Leader of the IMAC-ESIEE Paris course

 Urban Cooling Solutions
A spin-off of ESIEE Paris research, these projects aim to help cities find solutions for urban cooling. They identify overheating in a given area, and help design urban projects to optimise cooling performance and assess their effectiveness.
Presented by Martin Hendel, teacher-researcher at ESIEE Paris, and member of the Interdisciplinary Research Laboratory for the Energies of Tomorrow (LIED).

Project Pillmate : a smart pillbox
The Pillmate is a smart pill dispenser designed to reduce medication errors and prevent wastage. This innovative and responsible project is part of the health sector.
The project was created by 4th year students at ESIEE Paris : Iliana Carathanasis, Cyrielle Giard, Zoaila Iqbal, Salomé Smadja, Vincent Trystan

Demonstration of sumo robots designed by students
The Sumobot, France’s first sumo robot competition, takes place every year. The aim is to design a small autonomous robot capable of locating and pushing its opponent off the circular playing field, similar to a sumo wrestling match. https://sumobot.esieespace.fr/
Created by our students from the ESIEESpace assocation

HackDay : an international cybersecurity challenge
Open to all higher education students from all over the world, the aim of HackDay is to propose a Capture the Flag designed by students for students. The 2024 edition, on the theme of espionage, attracted 733 participants.
